If the item is on "pre-order," it means that the piece is still current in our collections and already in the making on our benches in Tuscany!
You are welcome to complete your order, and we will take care of crafting and shipping the piece from Italy to you.
If your cart contains multiple pieces, we will probably hold your order and ship everything together once all items are available. This usually happens within one or two weeks.
If making the selected item takes a little longer, we will send you a partial order.

DelBrenna will repair or replace workmanship faults, free of charge, up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. Please retain the receipt, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.
The DelBrenna warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or negligence.
Over time, fine jewelry (ours features an oval 925-Silver stamp or 750-Gold stamp for 18K and is always naturally nickel-free) can become a treasured family heirloom if it is cared for properly. To keep each DelBrenna piece in its original condition, it is essential to treat the silver and/or gold jewelry with special care. Dust, pollution, water, lotions, and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of gemstones and dull the surface finish of our fine jewelry. Timeworn prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewelry. To regularly care for your DelBrenna pieces and their respective finishes, only clean with a mild detergent mixed with a little water, rinse well, and dry thoroughly. It may also be cleaned with a silver-polishing cloth. Professional cleanings are also recommended as often as once a year. We encourage you to bring your DelBrenna jewelry back to us for professional servicing. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of jewelry care, including cleaning gemstones, repairing clasps, and earring backs.
