FOR PRE-ORDERS: When viewing a product on DelBrenna.com, if we are out of stock on an item, the item is on backorder, but in production. YAY! In most cases, the item will be ready to ship within days. Simply pre-order your jewelry, and we will be in touch with you about your hand made piece. (Each piece is different - if you'd like to know more before purchasing, feel free to call us or reach out below!)
Returns Policy
If you aren't totally satisfied with your purchase, we'll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange. Articles are accepted for exchange or credit if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Special orders, custom orders, altered items, and items that show wear are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.Beginning on the date the returned item is received, processing begins. All returns are processed within 14 days.
Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.
Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO, and Freight Forwarders:
Currently, we do not allow shipments to P.O. Boxes. Billing addresses may contain P.O. Boxes. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.
