If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange. Articles are accepted for exchange or credit if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Special orders, custom orders, altered items and items that show wear are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Beginning on the date the returned item is received, processing begins. All returns are processed within 14 days.
Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.
